Uh... is it just me, or did 2009 only start yesterday? :|

I'm still here... sometimes... I just don't hang around or upload anything. I've had to delete a few people on my watchlist - out of the 350 devs I had when I logged in, 80 or so were from the one person - seriously!

I'm down to 145 now, no thanks to deviantART: they've really made their website inaccessible to people with lousy internet connections. And gosh, the deviation message viewer thing is frustratingly slow. I can see why I don't log in much anymore.

I have photos to upload. You'll see them at... some point. :| Heck, I might upload one or two now.

Oh, and congratulations to =Supreme24 for joining the world of digital imaging. ;) I, on the other hand, have acquired a speedlight (580Ex II!), umbrella setup, a new bag, plus a whole host of things since I was last regularly active. And I can safely say that all the new gear is definitely making the photos better! :D

Yeah, still working on it. I'm back at Uni - shouldn't stop me from submitting or whatnot, it's pretty cruisey this semester. :lol: I have some photos from the Buddha B'day Festival, Model Train Show and other things (including another Model shoot :D) to submit. I'll put them up when I remember which computer the web versions are on... :|

Uh... the mood emoticon thing wouldn't load. I'll fix it later.

So, uni is finished for the year and all I am awaiting is the results. I know I'm going to fail one of my four units, but how badly remains to be seen. Oh well, it was a third-year unit anyway. If our faculty administrators hadn't of stuffed around those of us that started in 2nd semester last year I wouldn't have had to do it just yet, but that is another story.

I have been out taking photos. But my priorities are elsewhere at the moment so they may have to wait a while. I owe people features since they were nice enough to feature me. I'm going to do another features journal featuring people outside of my watchlist so I'll include them when I do it.

Okay, so apart from that black-and-white version of Ruby 3 that should be all the photos from Pullenvale. Now all I have to do is upload my photos from the ANZAC Day March, Buddha Birth Day Festival, Train Show and a still-life workshop that the BCG Monochrome Group had the other week. The funny thing about Mono Group meetups is that the best photos never seem to be the black-and-white ones... ;)

EDIT 29/05/08: haha... I forgot the roll of slide film I was using at the Pullenvale shoot and at other places. Got it back from the lab yesterday, so I have deviation fodder for an extra week or two. :)

Two <del>weeks</del> days to go then uni is over for the semester... can I get a "hell yeah"? :D
