The stupid thing about using a film SLR is the loud shutter/film-winding noise. It was dead quiet, so she heard me. But she turned around after I had taken it, so straight after I took it I just pretended it was broken and I was fixing it.
It was after a Camera Group meeting so I was in that sort of mindset.
Also... I'm pretty sure the BUZ services (route 333 in this case) are the only good thing about our city's Translink system. This was taken at roughly 10pm at Normanby - they run every 15 mins until 11pm.
Camera: Canon EOS 3000N
Film: Ilford HP5 (400iso Monochrome)
Lens: Canon EF 28-80mm (3.5-5.6) II
Shutter: 1/30th
Aperture: f3.5
Focal Length: 28mm
The shutter and focal length combo put me very close to stuffing up. The shutter computer wanted to do 1/20th (based on f3.5 in aperture priority) but I was afraid of blurring it due to the "shutter = 1/focal length" rule. So I was left with a very slim 2mm to spare
Converted to digital by scanning the negative.
